| Franchise
Lite A based on commission: Design and
publication of a website using the RECARDRIVE
platform. All colour elements and specific company
features (corporate identity) are adjusted to
the rental car company whilst respecting the RECARDRIVE
structure. The offering- and booking process are
preset by RECARDRIVE standards. All booking documents
are sent in a standard format with company specific
details as company details and logo. The offer
of fleets and service partners in Recardrive are
always up-to-date. Fleets and offers cannot be
modified. The administration of contents is handled
entirely by Recar. |

Franchise
Lite B: Same as version A, without the
appropriation of the Recar offer database. All
providers, sales destinations, fleets, offers
and price-managements are to be handled by the
franchisee. The entire booking process, including
payment acceptance is to be handled between the
franchisee and its partners or the end consumer.
The website and reservation documents are according
to the Recardrive Standard.

Franchise
Advanced A based on commission:
Design and publication of a sales platform based
on the RECARDRIVE platform. Apart from the design
of the company specific appearance, the structure
of the website as well as the booking process
can be modified to fit the franchisee’s
needs. The only limit is the compliance of already
existing data and booking elements. All booking
elements are adapted to the franchisee’s
name and can be modified with existing elements.
The management of database contents is controlled
by Recar Touristic and is based on the standard
of the Recardrive website.

Franchise
Advanced B: Design, programming, and
publication of a rental car sales platform based
on the RECARDRIVE platform. In this option,
the platform is offered with no content. All
contents, including providers, fleets, destinations,
prices and offers are responsibility of the
franchisee and to be administered in the Backoffice.
The design of the sales-website, including graphical
design, structure and the booking process itself
can be totally modified to fit the needs of
the franchisee. The booking and payment process
are administered by the franchisee. Booking
documents are fitted to the desire expressed
by the franchisee.
